1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of nimiraa.com and any purchase made through our Platform. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to do so and agree to be bound by these terms.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of the Platform

By accessing nimiraa.com, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that your use of the Platform is for lawful, personal purposes only.

All content on this website — including trademarks, logos, names, and design elements — belongs to Nimiraa. Nothing on this Platform grants you a licence or right to use any of our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. These are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Use of any external links is at your own risk.

3. Pricing

Our prices are calculated using current precious metal and gemstone market rates and may change from time to time in line with market fluctuations. You will be charged the price listed on the day your order is placed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Current promotional offers and discounts are valid only on selected designs and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. The applicability of offers in conjunction with other vouchers is at our discretion.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at no cost any time before we send your dispatch confirmation email. Individual items within a multi-item order can be cancelled without cancelling the entire order.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be returned to your original payment source.

For customised orders, a cancellation fee of 10% of the product value applies. The remaining amount will be refunded to your account as store credit.

Once an order has been dispatched, our standard 30-Day Return Policy applies.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed as follows:

Payments made via card, UPI, or net banking are refunded to the original source. Store credits are refunded as store credits. Orders placed using gift cards are refunded to the same gift card. Cash on delivery orders are refunded directly to your bank account.

6. Store Credits

Nimiraa store credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account. They can be used toward any eligible purchase on our Platform and cannot be encashed.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are activated within 48 hours of purchase and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. They can be used for purchases on nimiraa.com and at our authorised retail locations.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card, exchanged for cash, or refunded once purchased. If lost or misused, they cannot be replaced. Multiple gift cards may be used in a single transaction and can be combined with other payment methods. Gift cards may be partially redeemed.

8. Free Gifts and Promotional Items

Any free gift received with a purchase is treated as a discount equivalent to its value. In the event of a partial return or cancellation, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund. Promotional gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

9. Fair Use

We are committed to offering a fair and genuine shopping experience to all our customers. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts that show patterns of misuse, including but not limited to excessive returns beyond normal personal use, repeated cancellations on false grounds, use of our Platform for commercial or resale purposes, manipulation of refunds or promotions, and creation of multiple accounts to extract additional benefits.

This policy does not affect your rights under Indian consumer law or your ability to make genuine returns, exchanges, or complaints in line with our standard policies.

10. Government Requirements

As per the guidelines of the Government of India, customers are required to provide their Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases above ₹2 lakh.

11. Warranties and Liability

We take every care to ensure the accuracy of information on our Platform, but we make no warranties regarding its completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.

Nimiraa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Platform, reliance on information contained herein, or any interruption to our services. We are also not liable for any transaction declined due to payment authorisation limits set by your bank.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our Platform or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated through our Platform. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
