At Nimiraa, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece of jewellery you receive from us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, our 30-Day Money Back Policy lets you return eligible products for a full refund, with no hidden charges.
1. Policy Overview
Eligible products purchased from Nimiraa may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery under our 30-Day Money Back Policy. Once the returned product passes our quality check, a 100% refund of the product value will be processed to your original payment source.
This policy is applicable only to products purchased directly from the Nimiraa website, mobile application, or authorised channels, and shipped within India.
2. What is Not Covered
The 30-Day Money Back Policy does not apply to the following:
• Customised, personalised, or made-to-order pieces (including engraved or resized items);
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear;
• Products returned without their original packaging, certificate, invoice, or any complimentary items received with the order;
• Products purchased from any platform or seller other than Nimiraa's official channels.
Defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrect products are eligible for return regardless of customisation, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Refund Method
Once your returned product is received and clears our quality check, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days as follows:
• Prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI): Refund will be credited to the original payment source.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be processed via NEFT to the bank account details shared by you.
• Orders paid using a combination of methods: The refund will be split proportionately between the original payment sources.
Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider's processing timelines.
4. Return Shipping
Nimiraa offers FREE return shipping across India for all eligible products under the 30-Day Money Back Policy. You will not be charged any pickup or shipping fee for the return.
5. How to Return Your Product
Returning a product to Nimiraa is simple. Just follow the steps below:
1. Initiate the Return: Log in to your Nimiraa account, go to ‘My Orders’, and select the item you wish to return. Alternatively, you may write to us at care.in@nimiraa.com.
2. Pack the Jewellery: Place the jewellery back in its original packaging along with the certificate, invoice, and any complimentary items received with the order. Ensure the product is in unused, original condition.
3. Schedule the Pickup: Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a pickup from your registered address.
4. Tamper-Proof Packaging (for higher-value items): For products valued at INR 35,000 or above, you will receive a tamper-proof packet from us. Please secure the jewellery inside it and seal it before the pickup executive arrives. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened without being destroyed.
5. Hand Over the Package: On the scheduled date, hand over the sealed package to the pickup executive. Please collect an acknowledgement, such as a pickup receipt, photo of the tracking number, or SMS confirmation, for your records.
6. Quality Check & Refund: Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days following a successful quality check.
6. Quality Check
All returned products undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse to verify that the item is in its original, unused condition and that all components (jewellery, certificate, invoice, packaging and complimentary items) are intact. Refunds will be processed only after the product successfully clears this quality check.
If the returned product fails the quality check — for example, if it shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage — Nimiraa reserves the right to refuse the return and ship the product back to the customer. The decision of Nimiraa shall be final in such cases.
7. Free Shipping
Nimiraa provides free delivery and shipping on all items across India. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.
8. Transit Insurance
All goods are fully insured by Nimiraa during transit until they are delivered to you. Your purchase is 100% safe and protected from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches your doorstep.
