Free Shipping, Always
We offer free delivery on all Nimiraa orders across India. Every shipment is fully insured until it reaches you, so your purchase is completely safe. Your piece arrives in our signature Nimiraa packaging — considered, protected, and ready to be worn.
30-Day Money-Back Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you don't, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return shipping is free — we arrange pickup from your doorstep at no charge.
How your refund is returned to you:
Payments made via card, UPI, net banking, or wallet are refunded to your original payment source or bank account. Store credits (if applicable) applied at checkout are refunded as store credits, valid for a future purchase. Vouchers and gift cards are refunded per their original terms and conditions.
This policy does not apply to customised orders. Please refer to the Exceptions section below.
How to Return
Step 1 — Email us at care@nimiraa.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
Step 2 — Keep your jewellery in its original Nimiraa packaging along with the purchase certificate.
Step 3 — For orders below ₹35,000, hand the parcel directly to our pickup representative on the scheduled date.
Step 4 — For orders above ₹35,000, we will first send you a tamper-proof packet. Place your jewellery inside, seal it securely, and hand it to the pickup person when they arrive. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless destroyed.
Step 5 — Please collect an acknowledgment from the pickup representative, either a receipt, tracking number, or SMS confirmation.
Step 6 — Once we receive and inspect your piece, your refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.
Complimentary Resizing
Getting a ring size right without trying it on is not always easy — we understand that. We offer one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery, with free two-way shipping.
If the design allows resizing, we will adjust and return your piece at no cost. If the construction does not permit it, we will craft a replacement in your correct size.
Beyond 30 days, resizing is available for a modest service fee. Write to us at care@nimiraa.com and we'll take care of it.
Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back
Every piece you purchase from Nimiraa comes with a Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back guarantee, applicable once the 30-day return window has passed.
The exchange or buy-back value is calculated at the current market rate on the day your request is raised, with deductions for making charges and any discounts received at the time of purchase. A processing fee of ₹500 applies for requests initiated online; this is waived for in-store exchanges.
Lifetime Exchange — the final value is credited as store credit, valid for 12 months, redeemable against any future Nimiraa purchase. It cannot be encashed.
Lifetime Buy-Back — the final value is credited to your account after quality inspection, valid for 12 months. It can be used for a future purchase or withdrawn to your bank account.
Exchange and Buy-Back values:
Gold Jewellery — Exchange at 100% of gold value at current market rate. Buy-Back at 100% of gold value at current market rate.
Diamond & Gemstone Jewellery — Exchange at 100% of gold value plus 100% of diamond/gemstone value at current market rate. Buy-Back at 100% of gold value plus 90% of diamond/gemstone value at current market rate.
Once you receive a valuation, you have 15 days to accept or decline it. If no action is taken within 15 days, the amount is automatically credited to your account. If you decline, we return your piece to you.
The original purchase certificate is required for all exchanges and buy-backs. Please store it safely with your piece.
Repairs & Aftercare
Fine jewellery is meant to be worn and lived in. If you notice any issue with the craftsmanship of your Nimiraa piece, we will repair it free of charge and cover the return shipping as well.
For general wear — a clasp that needs attention, a prong that requires tightening — we offer repairs at a fair and reasonable cost. We would always rather help you wear your piece than have it sit unworn.
Exceptions
The following fall outside our standard return and exchange policy:
Customised orders — pieces made to a personal specification are non-returnable. Exchanges may be considered individually.
Engraved pieces — personalised engravings make a piece yours alone. Returns are not accepted, though any error on our part will always be corrected.
Altered pieces — items modified by anyone other than Nimiraa are not eligible for return, exchange, or buy-back.
Missing certification — the original purchase certificate is required for all returns, exchanges, and buy-backs.
These policies apply to purchases made directly through nimiraa.com or our authorised retail presence. Pieces purchased elsewhere are subject to that retailer's policies.
